Our guest today is Danielle Zuck, Development and Marketing Director at Dorchester Paws, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in Dorchester County, South Carolina. She joins us to reflect on the evolution of animal welfare over the decades, as well as the steps they are taking forward to better their community and help more animals.
Dorchester Paws is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization approaching its 50th anniversary, that strives to instill humane principles into society through the prevention of cruelty to animals by championing responsible pet ownership, ending unnecessary euthanasia, and ending over pet population.
