A new season is peeking its head over the horizon and with it, new opportunities for weather specific activities and fun. Setting goals gets a bad wrap because they normally apply to work or errands, but this spring, let’s set intentions to embrace the joy in store for us (yes, we’re doing it with you!).
To put you on the right path, there’s a print out below. Writing down your goals is your best, first step and it’s a little way to be held accountable.
What kinds of goals should you set? For us, they range anywhere from taking in the outdoors with our pets to enjoying time with friends.
They don’t have to be big- just big enough to bring a smile to you and your pet’s faces.
